Cancellations: Please note that any part of an order can be canceled at any time before it ships. However once an order is shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for Beauty Food products purchased through other vendors.

Refunds & Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds except under the following conditions. We do not guarantee results as individual hair and skin types respond differently to different products.

A. If an order is returned by USPS because of an error on your part such as an inaccurate address or failure to claim a package held at the post office, items will be reshipped after receiving the additional shipping amount from you. The order will not be sent until the shipping costs are paid. If you choose not to have the resent the sale will not be refunded.

B. If USPS has not confirmed delivery of your order or returned your order to us due to an error on our part, you can choose to be fully refunded.

Damaged Items: When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Beauty Food Customer Service: 617 676 7724 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. estMonday through Friday. We will be glad to assist you.

Shipping Policy: If an item is in stock it will ship immediately from our inventory. Otherwise please allow approximately 7 business days for us to prepare your order as our products are made with all natural ingredients using no artificial preservatives and are therefore not stockpiled. Our products are also made in small batches so orders are shipped fresh based on product availability. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed after orders are shipped. If you do not receive one, please contact our customer service number.
